1. New Bicycle Returns
Customers may return any new bicycle within 30 days of receipt. The bicycle must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for a $149 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Used Bicycle Returns
If the bicycle's odometer shows less than 20 miles, customers may return it within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for a $149 return shipping fee and a 30% restocking fee based on the original purchase price. Both the return shipping fee and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Used Items (0-10 Miles)

Eligible for return within 15 days for a refund

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and a 30% restocking fee

GENIOEBIKE will provide parts and repair guidance. Customers may choose to send the bicycle to our U.S. operations center for repairs at their own expense
5. Partial Return Restrictions
If a return is requested under the following conditions, 50% of the original order amount and return shipping fees will be deducted:

Request submitted more than 15 days but within 30 days of receipt

Odometer shows more than 10 miles but less than 20 miles

Bicycle shows obvious signs of use, including but not limited to:

Dirt or visible riding marks on tires

Minor scratches or wear on the frame or display

Unremovable signs of use on other parts of the bicycle

Any condition that affects the bicycle's resale as a new product

6. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns are not allowed under the following circumstances:

Request submitted more than 30 days after receipt

Odometer shows more than 20 miles

Missing key components (frame, tires, battery, motor)
-
Bicycle shows significant scratches, paint peeling, malfunctions, or other signs of heavy use
7. Quality Issue Returns and Replacements
The following issues qualify for free replacement or return (return shipping fees covered by GENIOEBIKE):

Cosmetic damage (including shipping damage):

Buyers must inspect the product's appearance immediately upon receipt

A damage report, including photos, must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item, and the product must remain unused

Hardware damage:

If a non-human-induced defect affecting normal riding is discovered within 15 working days of receipt, customers may request a return or replacement. The defect must be confirmed by our after-sales engineers and meet the following conditions:

Irreparable internal faults in the motor, battery, or controller system (no external collision marks)

Brake system issues or other irreparable safety hazards
-
Design defects leading to safety issues requiring a recall, as determined by GENIOEBIKE
