Warranty Coverage

Non-Warranty Coverage
The following situations or components are not covered under warranty:

Sold accessories

Stolen bicycles

Wear-and-tear parts: Including chains or belts, tires, wheels, rims, inner tubes, battery handles, mirrors, brake rotors, brake pads, cables and housings, grips, and spokes. These parts naturally wear out with normal use and require user replacement and maintenance.

Other exclusions: Damage from accidents or misuse, unauthorized modifications, neglect of battery maintenance, punctured tires, frame scratches, brake wear, improper user assembly/installation, etc.
Battery Warranty
The battery is covered under a 5-year prorated warranty, with the following details:

First 3 years: Free repair or replacement for defective batteries.

After 3 years: Prorated credits based on the number of service months will be applied toward the purchase of a new battery. Batteries purchased at prorated cost will receive a new 5-year warranty.
